Only new athletes will be classified, and must bring their Passport (or Identification Card) to their classification appointment.
In addition, the athletes must sign, in the presence of a witness, the BISFed Consent for Classification Form that can be printed from page 39 of the Classification Rules (available on the BISFed website at http://www.bisfed.com/about-boccia/classification).
Athletes must bring a list of all medications and any pertinent health information written in English with them. They must also bring the Certificate of Diagnosis completed by their medical doctor. It can be printed from Page 38 of the Classification Rules.
The athlete must come to classification with Boccia equipment used in play and be dressed in sports clothing. If they are not properly attired they will not be classified.
It will be able another day, April 11th from 8.30 h to 9.30 h, just if needed by the classification panel
